Whether you are eagerly expecting the arrival of your new baby or are reading this while holding your newborn, congratulations! I am honored to be a part of this exciting time in your life.
My services are currently focused in two areas:
- Education: Comprehensive breastfeeding classes for expectant parents that aim to demystify the breastfeeding process through education and practical, real-world advice
- Support: Groups to help ease the transition to parenthood, with a focus on breastfeeding but also the social, physical, and emotional changes that accompany baby's arrival
I primarily work with parents in the Rivertowns of New York (Hastings-on-Hudson, Dobbs Ferry, Irvington, and Ardsley), but all are welcome.
